Typically, Dollar Spot can be controlled with one application, while Brown Patch requires a 2-3 Treatment Program to manage the disease throughout its active season.

Diseases need three things to thrive: a susceptible host, a disease pathogen, and a favorable environment. Two of these factors are always present in a home lawn: a susceptible host and a disease pathogen. This leaves only the environmental conditions to become optimal for disease growth, which can happen overnight. Because turf diseases can occur quickly, we recommend that customers sign up for these treatments before the diseases’ active season, as preventative applications are better than curative ones.
