Our program consists of 7 applications throughout the year. All the pre & post emergent herbicides & all the fertilizer your lawn could need!
Controlled release fertilization will provide the nutrients for early spring green-up and recovery from winter stress. All lawns will receive treatment for prevention of crabgrass (plus other summer weeds) and treatment of existing winter weeds.
Supplementary controlled release fertilizers will further thicken and develop your lawn. Second prevention treatment for crabgrass and other summer weeds is also applied at this time. Further treatments of existing winter weeds.
We will apply our custom blended controlled release fertilizer to maintain color and density, and to prepare lawns for summer stress. We will also inspect for weeds and spot treat accordingly.
Custom blended granular controlled release fertilizers are applied for fescue, bermuda and zoysia lawns (each type of grass with different fertilizer). Spot treatments for all treatable broad-leafed, grassy and sedge weeds accordingly.
Lime based controlled release fertilizer will be applied to fescue lawns. Custom blended granular fertilizers to bermuda and zoysia. Spot treatments for all controllable weeds.
This treatment will help lawns recover from the summer stress and help control fall-germinating weeds in bermuda and zoysia. Granular controlled release fertilizers promote root development, help fescue lawns for fall seeding (thicken) and prepare bermuda and zoysia for winter dormancy. Weed control for warm season grass only.
Lime is applied to bermuda and zoysia, and a winter custom formulated granular controlled release fertilizer to fescue lawns. We will treat for broadleaf weeds where they remain. This treatment helps determine how your lawn will look next year.
